In general when complete refurbishment takes place amount and variety of works can differ considerably depending on many factors.
One of the main factors is previous condition of the property as well as how well it was maintained in the past.
Other factors to include extent of alterations to existing building’s structure/services and implementation of new services integrated into existing building such as audio-visual or central vacuum systems etc.
Otherwise by saying complete refurbishment we mean combination of typical construction works tailored to each individual project. We are still talking about simple thing like bricklaying, tiling, plumbing, electrical installations and decorating, bespoke furniture, Italian porcelain and German appliances...Commercial
There is a different approach to the commercial projects compared to residential homes. Design and building regulations at work dictate their own rules when applied to office fit out works.
At the same time, main factor here is to create environment for many individuals with their unique duties and responsibilities driving their company to success. Therefore we are still talking about space plan and corporate design, IT infrastructure and tea points, bespoke storage solutions and the reception desk, carpet tiles and glazed partitions...
